Here is a simple explanation on how our instruments work with our Provider/investor(s) / Procedures;

We will send a package which you will complete and send back to enable the Investor(s)/provider issue a contract. When you are sent a contract from our investor(s)

you will be entering into a Joint Venture (JV) instead of a lease as this will help you to better use the instrument for your needs without it being questioned or it called a

leased instrument. The sole purpose why our investor(s) do this is to help the clients have a successful transaction on their projects. What our investor(s) require is

once you get the JV Contract, have your team and attorney review the contract before signing. Then if you are ready to commit to the JV simply sign the contract and

return to us and when you return the contract in to use let us know if you will require an MT199 Invoice of the transaction sent to your bank from our investor(s) bank.

This will activate a credit line if you are using one, plus it will let your bank know that a transaction between you and the investor(s) is pending to close, then your bank

will need to set up MT103/23 for the retainer fee as per the MT199 instruction/invoice/contract that was sent to your bank from the investor(s) bank and then show

confirmation for the MT103/23 being set in place at your bank to cover the fee's of the JV Contract. These fee's are not released until the investor(s) has sent your

instrument via SWIFT MT760 and then your bank officer has verify and once verification is done and approved, then the MT103/23 turns hard and the fee's are released

to your JV Investor for the use of the SBLC, BG that you contracted for.

If you will take a copy of the JV Contract to your bank, the bank officer can contact the JV's bank officer to let him/her know that an MT103/23 is being placed on behalf

of a JV Contract. This JV Contract gives you, the client, value and opportunity because you are now being a JV with a very well known large Investor(s). After you have

shown your new JV Partner that you are ready to commit to your JV Contract, the investor(s) is very flexible to help you with completing the contract so that both

parties are in a Win-Win and now you will be ready to start your new transaction as you stated from the start of the process.

Remember you are now Joint Venturing with an investor(s) who has the funds you desire to use, so in all purposes, this is not called a lease but instead a JV Partner for

proof of funds ability in a form of an SBLC, BG.

With the current global increase in food prices due to the production of biological fuel(Ethanol), I have since come to the logical conclusion that any source of fuel(crude oil) at a reduced price, which will be imported will not only generate maximum profit but will also reduce the increase in food prices drastically.

It is based on this ideology that I have spent 6 long months in Africa trying to broker a deal and I have finally reached an agreement with Sudan, Brunei and Nigeria. This agreement will not only allow me to move 300,000 tons of crude oil from their ports monthly but also with a 20% discount if I can provide a source for rice import in these countries. There is also more, I am to pay 55% of the total sum being exported before shipping and the remaining 45% upon the ships docking at their destination.

For any business man such as myself, I would say "this is a deal of a life time", but still yet being a meticulous man, I know that that it is too big for me alone and that is why I am using this medium to seek for a partner, someone well versed in business issues such as import and export, who will run the home front, while I remain here to conclude this brokerage.

Investments and profits will be split 50-50.

I also have a scheduled plan of selling this deal to the government after one year of successful running, this is going to generate more profit and still secure the economy in terms of policy change.

All this being said, I would also like to inform my would be partner, that we have just one month to conclude this deal before it is handed to the Chinese or North Koreans who seem to be clamoring for the same deal.

The Price to be paid shall be based on the loaded Quantity of PRODUCT for each shipment based on standard Quantity for "CARGOES CIF NWE BASIS ARA". The applicable currency in respect of payment for the Cargo shall be United States Dollar (USD). The Price shall be fixed for the duration of the 12 (Twelve) Month period, and re-negotiated thereafter.
7. Commissions: To be split equally between Buyer Side and Seller Side.
BUYER SIDE Agents US$ 5.00 (Five Dollars) per Metric Ton included.
SELLER SIDE Agents US$ 5.00 (Five Dollars) - CLOSED.
8. Terms of Payment: Payment for the goods sold under this Agreement shall be made in US Dollars. Buyer agrees to an Irrevocable, Transferable Automatically Revolving Documentary Letter Credit (referred as "DLC"), to be issued or confirmed by an AA or better-rated major prime international Bank accepted by Seller. The text if the Non Transferable Irrevocable Automatically Revolving Documentary Letter Credit is to be agreed between the Seller's Bank and the Buyer's Bank.
9. PERFORMANCE BOND. Upon Confirmation of the no-operative or pre-advised Irrevocable, Non transferable Automatically Revolving Documentary Letter Credit, Seller shall post revolving 2% Performance Bond which will be valid for and will cover all monthly shipments of 500,000 Metric Tons, up to 10,000,000 Metric Tons per month (as Buyer will decide) of LNG paid for by the Documentary Letter Credit. For every additional, rolled-over or extended DLC, seller shall post corresponding 2% Performance Bond.

Minimum orders of 500,000 barrels and a maximum of 10 million barrels per month can be supplied. Larger orders can be discussed on a case tot case basis.

The price benchmark:
Average of three days scan: ARA/MED Platt fixed for 12 months.
